Triphala: detoxify, regulates the digestive system, cleanses the colon, reduces excess water, increases bowel movements thus makes it easier to lose weight.

Meshashringi (Gymnema sylvestre): ‘sugar destroyer’, supports normal function of beta cells thus insulin, normalize blood sugar levels, reduces craving for sweet foods.
