Shipping and Delivery Policy

We at PS Global Healthcare Value our customer’s time and money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased products in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies.

Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 4-10 days. This may vary as per delivery address being in metros or rural areas.

Shipping Fee: A single flat rate of INR 50 (exclusive of GST) for orders below INR 500. All orders above INR 500 qualify for free shipping.

COVID-19 Era: Dispatches across India will take longer than usual due to the ongoing COVID-19 crisis. Orders will be dispatched via available couriers partners including Indian Post. Due to the ongoing lockdown issued by the Govt of India at different time intervals, in different locations, our shipping partners have slowed down the shipping process/stopped shipping altogether. Your kind patience is requested until then and the company is not liable for delayed shipping.

No refunds would be given if the customer has provided a wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency, and/or the package is refused by the recipient.

Note: If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care or mail us at contact@psglobalhealthcare.com mentioning your name &order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
